Despite 2020 being, well, 2020, there are still highlights to celebrate!
Some of my favorite personal moments:
-Designing & printing my own wedding album!!
-Ben learning to walk, talk, smile, laugh, & more
-Finding a better work/life balance
-Getting my dracena houseplant to flower (it’s rare!)
-Creating more time to spend with Jon (hello date night!)
-Going sledding with Claire, and seeing the joy on her face whenever it snows
-Keeping in touch frequently with my parents & grandparents
-Paying off all debt except mortgage & Jon’s student loans
-Jon (hubby) getting Key Contributor at his work (aka Employee of the Year)
-Seeing a nutritionist (Elicia with TS Nutrition Pros) & developing a healthier relationship with food

-Visiting the 1,000 acre park in St. Louis
-Supplying Ben with enough breastmilk to make it to his first birthday
-Having the privilege of meeting my friends’ new babies or angels
Some of my favorite business highlights:
-Creating more in-camera multiple exposures
-Working with my favorite fellow wedding photographers, videographers, florists, DJs, venues, & other vendors
-Having return clients (I love seeing my clients grow with family, careers, & life in general!)
-Photographing on-location at a lantern festival
-Having gracious couples amidst all the struggles of the pandemic
-Learning more Photoshop techniques
-Becoming friends with my clients
-Photographing more old friends
Cheers to more Nebraska weddings, Iowa weddings, small weddings, & hopefully bringing back the 200-300 guest wedding!
